As one thing dies, another comes to life. This piece started out as a photorealistic painting that never got finished and was left to die. A few years later as Ariana’s passion was reinvigorated, this was the first piece she came back to, but she wanted to do something different. Instead of continuing with making this piece look simply like a painting of a bobcat skull, Ariana let go of her photorealistic box and let her creativity take over.
